Return & Exchanges
• Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days from the date of receipt.
• Any purchase of full-priced footwear/swimwear/handbags that is returned to us
within our deadline is eligible for store credit, minus the cost of shipping.
• Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Size exchange/store credit is
available.
• All items must be returned new, unworn, with tags attached and in the original
packaging. Items returned with missing/damaged packaging or tags will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item, as well as the cost of
exchange shipping, except in circumstances of defect.
• If you suspect that you have received a defective item, please email pictures of
your item to SoLacesboutique.com within 10 days from the date of receipt.
• Defective items will be exchanged for the same item. If this item is unavailable,
store credit will be offered.
• Items that are received with broken straps, zippers, or stains are considered
defective.
• SoLaces boutique inspects all returns and exchanges, and should an item be in
unsellable or unfit condition, SoLaces boutique has the right to deny its return.
How to make a return or exchange:
Please send your package along with a NOTE including your name, order number,
shipping address and details on the size or style you are exchanging for. If returning
items, please include the reason for return. We do ask that you return everything exactly
as you received it. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping fees, including a $7.99
{domestic} exchange shipping fee. International shipping charges can vary and will be
determined based on location.
Sale items may be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit. Sale
purchases are not eligible for refunds. Select items may be final sale, which will
be listed in the item description or listed on the site according to the sale taking
place at the time of purchase.
We do ask that you please provide a delivery confirmation for your return or exchange
package, as SoLaces boutique is not responsible for lost packages without tracking.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon arrival. After this
processing period, a representative will email you. Please note: if a refund is applied
back to a credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business
days to post the refund to your account.
